Massachusetts Uniform Rules for Permanency Hearings Rule 5: Pre-Hearing Conference
The court may, in its discretion, schedule a pre-hearing conference, the purpose of which will be to frame the issues for the hearing and may include hearing motions for withdrawal of counsel.
