Massachusetts Office of Jury Commissioner Regulation 10: Specifications of Trial Juror Handbook

10.1 This regulation sets forth the full text of the trial juror's handbook used by the Office of Jury Commissioner in the implementation of Chapter 234A of the Massachusetts General Laws, and, in particular, under section sixty-two of the said chapter.
10.2 Attached hereto is a copy of the current edition of the Trial Juror's Handbook.
