Rule I: Petitions and Certificates
Every applicant for admission to the bar who desires to take a law examination shall file a petition with the
proper clerk of the court at least 75 days before the law examination which he/she intends to take, together with such certificates as the Board shall prescribe, giving information as to age, residence, character, and general and legal education and proof of passing the Multistate Professional Responsibility Examination. For good cause shown, the Chairman of the Board may allow petitions or certificates to be filed after the time fixed.
