EXECUTIVE ORDER NO. 98

Executive Order Number 97 is hereby amended by striking
in line two of section two the word "fifteen" and by inserting
in place thereof the word "seventeen".

seventy-three and of the independence
of the United States the one hundred
and ninety-seventh.
