Executive Order No. 95

    WHEREAS, the Joint Correctional Planning Commission was
established by Executive Order No. 77; and

    WHEREAS, the Commission expects to complete its work no
later than March 31, 1973;

    NOW, THEREFORE, I, Francis W. Sargent, Governor of the
Commonwealth, by virtue of the authority vested in me as supreme
executive magistrate, do hereby order as follows:
 
    1.  Paragraph 3 of said Executive Order No. 77 is hereby
amended by striking out the first sentence and inserting in
place thereof the following sentence:

    The commission shall commence its activities no later than
October 15, 1970, and shall complete its work no later than
March 31, 1973.
