EXECUTIVE ORDER NO. 318

(REVOKING AND SUPERSEDING EXECUTIVE ORDER NO. 134)

	I, William F. Weld, Governor of the Commonwealth of
Massachusetts, by virtue of the authority vested in me as supreme
executive magistrate, having determined that a certain Executive
Order heretofore previously issued is no longer necessary or
expedient for meeting any existing emergency, do hereby issue
this order of revocation:

	1. Executive Order No. 134 is hereby repealed, revoked, and
annulled as of this date.

	2. The legality of any act lawfully done pursuant to
Executive Order No. 134, prior to the promulgation hereof, shall
in no way be effected by such repeal, revocation, and annulment.
