AMENDING EXECUTIVE ORDER NO. 199
(BLOCK GRANT TASK FORCE)

    Executive Order No. 199 is hereby amended by deleting, in section 2(h),
the words "A designee of the Governor" and inserting in place thereof the
words "Five persons designated by the Governor".
