EXECUTIVE ORDER NO. 108

AMENDMENT TO EXECUTIVE ORDER NO. 75

    WHEREAS, Chapter 1050 of the Acts of 1973 has further
defined the availability of public records and is the law of the
Commonwealth; and

    WHEREAS, Executive Order No. 75 ought reflect the policy
of the Commonwealth as expressed in said Chapter 1050;

    NOW, THEREFORE, I, Francis W. Sargent, Governor of the
Commonwealth, by virtue of the authority vested in me as Supreme
Executive Magistrate, do hereby order that:

    1.  Paragraph 3 of said Executive Order No. 75 is hereby
amended by inserting, in line 3, after the word "are", the words:-
not "public records" as defined in Section 7 of Chapter 4 of the
General Laws and are.

    2.  Clause g of said paragraph 3 is hereby amended by
inserting, in line 3, after the word "privacy", the word:- or.
