EXECUTIVE ORDER NO. 91

    I, Maurice J. Tobin, Governor of the Common-
wealth of Massachusetts acting under the provisions of Chapter
719 of the Acts of 1941, Chapter 13 of the Acts of 1942, and
Chapter 3 of the Acts of 1943, and all other authority vested in
me do hereby issue this order:

    The operation and effect of the provisions of 
Executive Order No. 90 are hereby terminated as of April 23,
1946 at 2:00 P.M.

Given at the Executive Chambers in 
Boston, this twenty-third day of
April in the year of our Lord one
thousand nine hundred and forty-
six, and of the Independence of the
United States of America, the one
hundred and seventieth.
