November 7, 1945 EXECUTIVE ORDER NO. 81 I, Maurice J. Tobin, Governor of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, acting under the provisions of Acts of 1941, chapter 719, as amended by Acts of 1943, chapter 3, Acts of 1942, chapter 13, sections 2 and 3, and all other authority vested in me, do hereby issue this order: Executive Order No. 42, dated December 1, 1942, is hereby amended by striking out the paragraph num- bered 1 therein and inserting in place the following, so as to read: 1. The offices of the departments, divisions, boards, commissions and officers of the state government, locat- ed in the State House, shall be open to the public for the transaction of business daily on days other than Saturdays, Sundays and legal holidays from eight forty- five o'clock in the forenoon until five o'clock in the afternoon.
